LitePublisher has many themes which you can get from download section. You don not be an expert in LitePublisher to create theme. Theme seems like html and do not require programming.

LitePublisher has advanced concept of views. The site has several views. You can create, edit or delete view. Each view has theme. To change theme just change theme in selected view. After instalation yyou have 3 views: default, home page and admin panel.
